I have examined the accompanying Ordinance intituled

An Ordinance to apply a su not exceeding Sixteen million four hundred

and forty-one thousand one hundred and thirty-one Dollars to the

Public Service of the year 1922,

and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the

Governor's Instructions.

2.

This Ordinance is in the usual form.

3.

In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which His Excellency the Gov rnor may properly assent in the name of His Majesty and on His

behalf.
